WolfTek Performance – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WolfTek Performance. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us
WolfTek Performance provides professional mobile vehicle diagnostics, ECU calibration, coding, marine diagnostics and related engineering services throughout Dorset and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:
* Safe access to the vehicle cannot be provided.
* The vehicle is unsafe to work on.
* Required information has not been provided.
* Circumstances beyond our control prevent attendance.

3. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept:
* Bank Transfer
* Card Payment
* Cash (where agreed)
Late payments may incur additional recovery costs where legally applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy
Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling an appointment.
Repeated missed appointments may require a booking deposit for future work.

5. Vehicle Diagnostics
Diagnostic services identify faults based on information available at the time of inspection.
Fault code reading does not always identify the root cause of a problem.
Additional testing, dismantling or further inspection may be required before a complete diagnosis can be provided.

6. ECU Tuning
ECU calibration is carried out using professionally developed software.
Performance improvements may vary depending on:
* Vehicle condition
* Existing modifications
* Fuel quality
* Manufacturer software version
WolfTek Performance cannot guarantee specific power or torque increases.
Customers are responsible for informing their insurance company of any performance modifications where required by their insurer.

7. Marine Services
Marine diagnostic services are provided based on the condition of the vessel and the systems available for inspection.
Additional faults may become apparent during diagnosis.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers confirm that:
* They are authorised to request work on the vehicle or vessel.
* The vehicle is legally owned or used with permission.
* The vehicle is mechanically safe unless specifically booked for diagnosis of a fault.
Customers must inform WolfTek Performance of any previous modifications or known faults before work begins.

9. Warranty
Where replacement parts are supplied by WolfTek Performance, they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
Software supplied by WolfTek Performance is warranted against installation defects only.
Mechanical failures unrelated to the software are not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability
WolfTek Performance shall not be liable for:
* Existing faults discovered during diagnosis.
* Failures caused by worn or defective components.
* Loss of earnings or business interruption.
* Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Refund Policy
Diagnostic services are charged for the time, equipment and expertise required to identify faults.
For this reason, diagnostic inspections are generally non-refundable once completed.
Refunds for tuning services will only be considered where WolfTek Performance has failed to provide the agreed service.
However, if for any reason a customer is not satisfied with the tuning of their vehicle, the vehicle can be returned to stock.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Emissions Compliance
WolfTek Performance does not carry out the removal, disablement or circumvention of emissions-control systems on vehicles intended for use on public roads. Services are provided in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations
